The illegal emigration costs should be billed to the country that creates the situation that provoke it's citizens to moves out. These countries are responsible of the protection of their people. Hillary has way too many Clinton skeletons in her closet to be elected. Besides, she is not qualified to be president of anything; she did nothing of note as Sec of State and accomplished nothing as a US Senator. Had she spent more time under the desk in the oval office when Bill was president we would have never had a Monica Lewinsky Scandal or an impeachment. That miserable attitude when pressed with questions that get under her skin says it all about her, its like she has a drug resistant yeast infection.
