Will you read Hillary Clinton’s memoir?
Bringing you a Crossfire Classic today. Remember when former Crossfire host Tucker Carlson lost a bet to Hillary Clinton in which he said she would not sell 1 million copies of her book?
Well, spoiler alert, she did and his punishment was to eat a shoe cake.
Today, her new memoir, which focuses on her time spent as Secretary of State, releases this June.
This book is an important one for Clinton, as it serves an opportunity for her to frame her years as America's top diplomat as a success, especially with critics charging that she had no crowning achievement during that time.

I won't read it. I'm waiting for her to write the one called, "True Confessions."
If she reveals what she really knows about Benghazi and Whitewater. That's not likely to happen so I will have to vote no.
We have already lived her lies, why would anyone want to read even more lies and get sick.
I am not going to read the liar's book neither to vote for her in 2016. She will turn 73 years old grandma when she enter the White House in 2017 if she win. Also, she has not answered for lots of mystery of Bengazi.
Maybe you should read the book and learn something...like her age. She will be 69 not 73. Get some knowledge before you start spouting off so you don't show your complete lack of it.

If more Americans would have listened to Perot back in 1992, we wouldn't be in this mess right now. The American people and the real American economy would have been much better off today! I and many other people, who were able to see through all of the left vs right BS, did vote for Perot, because he was straight forward and just used common sense. He cared about his country and the American people.

I would rather congratulate the person who threw a shoe at her in Vegas than read that book.
And BTW, I say this from the more liberal and young side of the aisle (I am only thirty.) I wonder if she really thinks the older millennials like me don't remember her. She completely astounded and disgusted me as a teenager when she ”stood by her man" when any psychologically normal human being would have left him.....and within two years many people in my age group realized why: so she could climb the political ladder . She was just using her "patience" as a platform, using her status as a long suffering wife to get sympathy votes from my elders. She then voted for Iraq, sending thousands of my cohort to die for WMD's that did not exist. She never once raised the issue of income inequality before now....and her and her husband's record of getting cozy with the banksters goes back to when I was just a kid (I saw her husband destroy Glass Steagal. I do not remember her making a peep of protest then, nor in the years intervening.) She married her daughter off to a wealthy poohbah at Goldman Sachs, poured expensive wine while so many my age were so badly affected by the crash (and still are) that getting married is a luxury and that upstate New York monstrosity she threw with oh so many people from the financial industry in attendance was cruel and sadistic-let them eat wedding cake, as it were.
She apparently didn't get the message when the Millennials told her no in 2008. She thinks this book will change all that.
We don't want your fake accosting of the rich and powerful in speeches while in private you raise tons of money from the very sleazeballs you not only look the other way on when it comes time to govern, but even dare to call FAMILY. We want our friends back, the ones that didn't come back from war. We want more shoes to be thrown, because there can never be enough.

MK said it better, but let me add, that I never cared for her and her husband. The only reason she is running is so her husband and his buddies have access to the White House again to further their agenda. If Jeb Bush runs and Hillary runs, you can forget about me voting for either. I just have too good of a memory to see that both the Clinton clans and Bush clans have done enough damage to this country and its reputation. Time for someone new and fresh and unknown.

Will it include her involvement in withholding security forces from Benghazi? Will it include her activities with the travel office in Bill's administration? What's the point in reading this sort of nonsense? You can get better fiction at the movies.
Yes, hopefully, there will be a long discussion about how Republicans cut the budget for embassy security provisions all around the world, probably just praying that something like this would happen.

Some mothers are jealous of working women and some are jealous of welfare moms. Can we choose and get gov't aide or gov't jobs? We don't all have rich husbands. Economics is complicated, but it seems to me that if an American woman will pay $50 for a Chinese or Ukrainian blouse, $10 goes to China or Ukraine and $40 goes to US business that can then hire a woman for $20. What can we make that the Chinese or Ukrainians will buy? If we can't compete, we should sew our own. (I'd prefer that anyway. Same with cooking or eating out. I've been going out to work for 40 years.)

That's as plain silly as saying the democratic way is to resolve all problems because they are kind and generous. Issue is neither side has all the answers capable of keeping all people wanting different things happy. Reality is both sides/parties want to destroy the other in order to force their desires on the other side but out of that scenario would rise up voices of dissent and all that follows (plenty of examples right now as to the result of that). Reality is both sides/parties have their fringe that are the minorities living on the edges of the bell shaped curve that create the inability to move forward in a rational and measured way. After all, we have to understand life is a process and there is no 'goal line' or 'tin cup' that any current or future generation will find. So, we can battle the endless battle (as we seem to enjoy doing now) or we can understand all problems will never be resolved and the best we can do is chisel away slowly at those we face. Honestly, our generation has handled and improved an enormous number of issues and come further than any generation before us since the big bang yet look at us. We act and demonize each other as if we were not fit to live during the dark ages or to ever have taken a breathe of air. If we cannot see the value in each other and those we do not agree or do not agree with us, and we wish only to silence others and focus on challenges/opportunities before us, then I dare say, we really have not come very far and still act and live during the time where the largest and most fear creating grunt caused all to fall in line. So, spare me the Rep/Dem crap of one is good, one is bad, one does not care the other does. That's simply not becoming of a civilization where education, intellect and the creators of the scientific method should be wasting their time. Belittling each other is the best way to prevent us all from moving forward.

Massachusetts Rep. Carlos Henrique is in jail for beating his girlfriend and the New England Area Conference of the NAACP is fighting to keep him from being expelled from the state legislature.
Democrat Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema has said, “These women who act like staying at home, leeching off their husbands or boyfriends, and just cashing the checks is some sort of feminism because they’re choosing to live that life. That’s bull****. I mean, what the f*** are we really talking about here?”
Democrat strategist Hillary Rosen slammed Ann Romney for being a stay-at-home mom while Barack Obama himself has said staying at home to raise children isn’t real “work.”
Colorado Democrat Rep. Joe Salazar actually suggested that women can’t be trusted with guns “because you just don’t know who you’re gonna be shooting at. And you don’t know if you feel like you’re gonna be raped, or if you feel like someone’s been following you around or if you feel like you’re in trouble when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop … pop around at somebody.”
This comment is not aimed at CMML as much as those who first abuse the English language for their own gain.
I dare say, those who fought and gave their blood, limbs, minds and lives understand what the word 'WAR' means. A difference of opinion is just that, a difference of opinion and, if voiced and treated as such, prevents war hopefully. I understand why we abuse our language. It is a simply matter of disrespecting others for the sole purpose of selfishness. It is the attempt to belittle the others opinion in order that ours rise to be somehow more appropriate. The interesting thing is how we act when two opinions have equal backing/proponents. Rather than observe the issue evenly decides a group and requires a discourse of understanding in order to move each group closer, we resort to name calling and disrespect for our language thinking we can 'win'. There is no winning. There is simply prolonging the battle for those who follow us to fight as we have. There is no 'war' on women. Anyone who coins that phrase is simply being over the top and silly. There is a difference of opinion as to how women should live but, frankly, a society that offers liberty for all would allow each individual woman her choice as to how she would live without others using her for winning their opinion as to how others should live.
There is no war, simply mindless bickering attempting to force others to live as one sees fit for them to live.
