Gingrich was far more heinous than Bill Clinton, and was totally ILLegal, while Bill C was totally legal. Now, look into The Sperminator...GOP Senator Strom Thurmond...a white racist who sired a mulatto child by a black prostitute, refused to support the mother, or child, did all he could to keep them off Welfare, and did not even acknowledge the child as his until he lay on his deathbed.
No matter how bad any Democrat is, the Republican competition is always far worse.

NO matter how bad any Democrat is, the Republican counterpart is far worse. Sex scandals? Democrat Bill Clinton legally had consensual sex with an unmarried adult woman. Republican Newt Gingrich left his dying wife's bedside, to statutorily rape an underage girl. Republican white racist Strom Thurmond illegally solicited black prostitutes, had sex with them, impregnated them, opposed their being able to get abortions, and never supported any of his mulatto children by them. He never even acknowledged the children as his until he was on his deathbed, and about five minutes away from Eternity. I could go on...with ethics violation comparisons, financial mis-conduct comparisons, etc, but won't for now. I will save that for closer to Election Day. In every case, the most unethical Democrat is a saint compared to his / her Republican counterparts. Wake up, and take a Reality Pill.
Hillary is far better than any / all GOP alternatives. There is no saint vs sinner in politics. NO good guy vs bad guy. There is only The Greater Evil vs The Lesser Evil. Wise people support The Lesser Evil. Better an unethical non-rapist like Hillary than an unethical rapist like Newt Gingrich. No matter how bad any Democrat is, the best Republican is far worse.
As bad as Obama is, he never statutorily raped any children as Newt Gingrich did, and he did get affordable health care coverage for millions of people who could never get it before because of Pre-Existing Conditions. Obama also saved, and re-vitalized, the very same US auto industry that MittHead Romney wanted to let go extinct. He also killed Osama Bin Laden, and captured the head of the biggest, baddest, Mexican drug Cartel. There is no way that anyone in the GOP would have done ANY of that, let alone all of it.
Democrats = a little bad, mixed with a lot of good, and very effective.
GOP = a lot of bad, almost no good, and very ineffective....as per the Do Nothing Congress led by the GOP controlled House.
History proves my points over, and over, to those who bother to look with an open mind.
A vote for Hillary (or any Democrat) is a vote for: jobs, justice, civil rights, equality, education, infrastructure repair and maintenance, and common sense.
A vote for any Republican is a vote for: stupidity, evil, injustice, a return to Jim Crow, increased poverty, further infrastructure decay, more war, fewer jobs, and a worse economy.
No one ever has more, or worse, ethics violations, or tells bigger lies, than REPUBLICANS.

85 ultra rich sociopaths own half of the weath of the world. 1/2 of the population lives in poverty, many with hunger, malnutrition and preventable disease. Maybe the real challenge of the 21st century is to replace obsolete unfair economic systems with new models that better serve people. Maybe that is the discussion we should be having.
It's called tax the wealthy like they always have been.
When our economy was booming, in the 1950s, we had a 90% tax rate on the wealthy. Most never paid anywhere near that. The loopholes, credits, deductions, etc, let them lower it to about 40%. In the 1970s when things were not as good as in the 1950s, but not as bad as now, economically, we had a 70% tax rate on the rich. They managed to lower it with loopholes, etc, to about 25%. Now, the top tax rate is 38%, and the loopholes, etc, lower the taxes on the rich to between 0% and 15%. Since the poor pay nothing, and the middle class is becoming either rich, or poor, and so pays almost nothing, there is not enough revenue to keep the nation going...especially not with all the further tax cutting the GOP does. We need taxes to pay for: the military, weapons, government pensions, interstate road repair, national security, etc. If we had a flat 10% tax that everyone-rich, poor, middle class, corporations, charities, churches, etc-all paid, we would get by nicely. It is all the freeloaders-who are mostly rich billionaires, trillionaires, mega corporations, sports teams, churches, etc-paid their fair sure, we would have no economic problems.

certainly explains your confusion. I think the main problem with Republicans is reading comprehension. For example, they read about physician counseling in the ACA and leap to the conclusion it must be a death panel - and even so they point out is is far to long for them to actually read. Go figure. Nowadays it's obviously not about being either lazy or uneducated as many try to profess, but about wages, expenses and regulations that are not even remotely close to the wages, expenses and regulations in our country.
It doesn't help that since manufacturing has been declining for decades, that our children are being pushed towards liberal arts degrees rather than technical training which could have led to jobs, had we not been going down the ever increasing path of "Out-Sourcing".
The American people will need good jobs with health-care benefits in order to be able to pay for the services of those educated doctors, lawyers, college professors, etc. – It can't all be chiefs and no Indians. There is an equally important place for both of them in America.

Ladies & Gentlemen kindly leave the past in the past. "Lewinsky-Gate" is just not relavent anymore. Hillary Clinton is running for President not Bill Clinton! This topic no longer has a place in public discussion simply because it is ancient history and has no bearing on moving America ahead in the world. Job creation and bringing industry and business back to the USA is what we need to focus on not petty partisan politics. The GOP needs to grow-up and GET OVER IT!!!! Having said that I will also state for the record that should Hillary choose to run in 2016 she will win in a landslide over any candidate the GOP nominates. The problem in trying to elect good leaders for The United States of America has nothing to do with the color or gender of our politicians. It's our politician's, from both parties, lack of honesty and the lack of willingness to do right by the US citizens that they're elected by and should be representing.
Before Hillary Clinton runs for president, Americans need to remember that it was her "husband" that got us into bed with China in the first place. – How's that been working us?

The ONLY REAL FIX for our great country is to RAISE REVENUE, by Bringing Back Businesses and Jobs to TAX-PAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS.
Unfortunately most of our politicians are a joke – Only it's not so funny, because over the past several decades, all they've been doing is screwing the American people, by stalling, spending, removing protections and allowing illegal aliens to continue to pour in and American jobs and industry to pour out, and all while collecting their American tax-payer funded pay checks, benefits and whatever else they get on the side from their various lobbyist friends.
It seems to me that over the last 2-3 decades that both parties were always able to distract and polarize voters with insignificant peripheral social issues like gay marriage and abortion, which got most voters so caught up in the BS that they'd always lose sight of the bigger picture.
We'd really all be better off by just cutting through the BS and all the my team vs your team name calling nonsense and really focus on America and improving the future of the American people.
Once they're elected, our leaders should be working together for the good of the our country and our citizens by using combinations of the best ideas from both sides versus just trying to make the other side look bad so they lose the next election. – How's that been working?
All the nonsense just allows the puppet-masters to continue to do what's best for them at the expense of the American people while we're polarized and distracted.
But, let's face it – Neither party is actually running our country – Powerful puppet-masters play both sides to make sure that they get what they want. Unfortunately what they want is not usually in the best interest of the majority of the American people. (American citizens)
Foreign Lobbyists here in the US promote sending US jobs to countries like China, where they work for slave wages, no benefits, no OSHA safety standards or no real environment regulations. It also doesn't help us compete when these company's factories are subsidized by China's communist government. Just check out the current Chinese extreme pollution issues – We all live in the same world, but not every country plays by the same rules.
The so called "Global Market Place" is not a level playing field. Companies may have made higher profits by "out sourcing", but they've been putting middle class Americans who are a good part of the world's customer base out of work.
The American people need American leaders who will start putting some sensible measures in place to stem the tide or this is going to continue to have a devastating effect on the United States of America and the American people.
Aren't there at least a handful of these powerful puppet-masters that are fellow Americans with enough of a conscience, guts and loyalty to America and their fellow Americans to start trying to turn this trend around?
If there aren't any, we're screwed.
The bottom line is that "Our Government" has to protect domestic industry and the jobs that those industries provide. If they do that, the rest will take care of itself.
Bringing manufacturing back to the US not only gives jobs to the US citizens who would be working in those manufacturing facilities, but to the people that would be working in the businesses that would spring up all around them. This should also include the safe harvesting, production and distribution of our own natural energy here in the USA, rather than paying for fuel from countries where they hate us. Let's keep that money and those jobs here in the US.
The lack of businesses and good jobs in the USA is what's really going to rob us, our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of the potential of a prosperous or even decent future.
It's all happened because, over the last 25-years, our government has allowed our country's industries to get sucked out to China, India, Mexico, etc and allowed illegal aliens and H-1B foreigners to come into our country and take away tax-paying Americans jobs and drive down domestic prices and wages.
That's where our government leaders have to step up and put some sensible measures and incentives in place to keep jobs here in the USA or the real economy and infrastructure of the country we love will be destroyed along with the future of the American people.
Nowadays it's obviously not about being either lazy or uneducated as many try to profess, but about wages, expenses and regulations that are not even remotely close to the wages, expenses and regulations in our country.

Sir, I hear your fear but I don't totally agree with it. First, much of what has happened is due to the cable laid across the Pacific making the Asian markets and labor more available to the United States. The internet has made massive changes in the World and especially the United States. During the 90's I went to several seminars and groups on technology where we discussed these points. They showed where you could get labor in, say Peru to draft a house for $350 while in the US, the same plans were $2,500, meeting the same required building code. I have met many of those H-1B foreigners you talk about and they actually are helping to create jobs in the US.
I feel we do have many problems that need to be addressed but we can't ignore the rest of the world. The first things are to change the tax code back to the way it was prior to the Republicans destroying it. We also need to reinstate many regulations that they have repealed. The US government needs to start repairing much of our nations infrastructure. This was take money from the taxes that they got rid of. To have a strong nation, we need a good infrastructure and the required regulations that go with it.
I also believe, that we need to change the way we administer K12 education and higher education. The school district approach is not working because most administrations are sucking the money out to fund themselves and not the schools. If we change that, we should have money for the schools, teachers, programs (which should INCLUDE art, music, and sciences, in addition to free breakfast, and lunch). I also believe strongly that parents need to be told that education is NOT a right but a privilege for those children that come prepared to classes. If parents want to use the schools just for babysitting, our country cannot afford this service anymore. The parents can keep the kids at home. When a child goes home, the parents must insure that they are doing the required school work to make the education system work. The old adage, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink applies here. If a child goes to school but does not intend to learn, he/she needs to stay at home. I realize many will oppose this, but it is, in my view, important for our country to stay strong.
The American People need Our Leaders to start remembering that they are elected by the Citizens of the United States of America to represent the interests of those citizens and the country itself.

This was something that most of us already knew back at that time, because it was just common sense!
The people with all of the excuses as to why we can't, shouldn't or aren't willing to manufacture products here in the US are the same people who have provided us with the thinking that's gotten us into this mess in the first place.

It's appears that the foreign interests are influencing our media as well, just watch the ABC Nightline special on Apple's iPhone and iPad products being made in China that ends with the dramatic biased comment "That you can be the nation that lines up to make these products or the nation the lines up to buy them, but it's impossible to be both". What BS propaganda! ABC has direct ties to Apple and Foxconn. It also doesn't help us compete when these company's factories are subsidized by China's communist government.
Even "60 Minutes" got into the act with their BS show about US manufacturing companies not being able to find enough qualified help. On the US Department of Commerce's US Census Bureau website there's a graphic showing how our trade imbalance has gotten progressively worse over the entire period from 1989 to the present and how it's really accelerated at an increasingly greater rate each year since 1999.
We can thank "our leaders" from both sides and the WTO for that.

Bringing manufacturing back home to the USA is going to end up being not only a key to restoring our economy, but to maintaining our national security as well.

* The free traitors need to ask themselves a more fundamental question: How will Americans buy those goods when they don't even have a paycheck that covers their mortgage, much less the college tuition for their children, etc....................?

We need to add tariffs that are proportionate to the inequities in wages and regulations in the country where the goods were produced and or where we're importing them from. We could then use the money raised by these tariffs to help companies build state of the art manufacturing plants here in the USA, which would create more jobs here at home for US citizens, which would then in turn increase our income tax revenue.
The people with all of the excuses as to why we can't, shouldn't or aren't willing to manufacture products here in the US are the same people who have provided us with the very same shortsighted thinking that's gotten us into this mess in the first place.
Over the past 15-20 years, I've seen too many of our customer's close manufacturing plants here in the USA and move those plants to different countries, decimating entire areas here in OUR COUNTRY. And I'm not alone. Returning jobs to American Citizens will provide income tax revenue to OUR Government versus our government having to pay unemployment benefits to those who would be jobless instead.
Bringing manufacturing back to the US not only gives jobs to the US citizens who would be working in those manufacturing facilities, but to the people that would be working in the businesses that would spring up all around them. This should also include the safe harvesting, production and distribution of our own natural energy here in the USA, rather than paying for fuel from countries where they hate us. Let's keep that money and those jobs here in the US.
And for those that will say that many jobs are being replaced by robotics and automation, you still need people to maintain and service the automated equipment, warehouse personnel, truck drivers to deliver the products, purchasing people to buy the materials, managers, office staff, etc.
Also, let's manufacture the automated equipment and develop the software to be used for this automated manufacturing, etc. This not only gives jobs to the US citizens who would be working in those manufacturing facilities, but to the people that would be working in the businesses that would spring up all around them.
Many American jobs have been replaced by automation, but many more have been replaced by "out-sourcing", H-1B workers and non-income-tax-paying illegal aliens here in the USA.
The ONLY REAL FIX for Our Country is to Raise Revenue by Bringing Back Businesses and Jobs to Tax-Paying American Citizens.

Just the other day a friend that works in the IT department of a major paint company found out that 90% of their IT department in the USA is being laid off and will be replaced by IT techs in India. He has until February and he's gone, but not until he helps train and transition the job to those that are replacing him.
This summer I learned from a highly educated engineer that their company had recently displaced 100 of their 105 engineers here in the USA by replacing them with engineers in India. He was fortunate enough to be one of the 5 out 105 American engineers that they kept.
Nowadays it's obviously not about being either lazy or uneducated as many try to profess, but about wages, expenses and regulations that are not even remotely close to the wages, expenses and regulations in our country.

During the Clinton administration when the Republicans had control of Congress, David Koch pushed the Republicans for the repeal of the Glass-Stegall Act. (This act was passed after the start of the first Republican depression (Hoover was a Republican. They passed it because they found that a major reason for that depression was that the banks took depositor money and speculated with it on the stock market.) During the Bush administration, the banks found they could make a lot of money bundling up loans and selling them on the market. They didn't care much about the back up of the loans because they were going to sell them off, so people started saying they made large amounts so they could buy homes ie “Liar Loans“. The banks set up very low starting rates for ARMS (some at 1% interest) but they went up quickly to 12% or more. They had to hide them from the bank auditors or else they would not pass their audit, so they quickly transferred them, bundled them and sold them on the market. Well at the higher interest rate, the people with the loans couldn't afford them and the house of cards collapsed. What made it worse is the bundled loans changed hands so often that no one knew who carried the paper so it was a bigger sub-prime mess.
Progressives (BTW, the term came from a Republican president, when it was a good party. He was called President Teddy Roosevelt. I would much rather trust a progressive that wants the right amount of regulations than someone that only wants a way to become rich off of me.
