Oh poppycock Marc, and btw you should always stay independent, as in not dependent on any party or government, because government dependence is a lure for your soul. This president is a practical joke and is what you get when people who like to think they are educated and intelligent go along with the mindless masses and follow what the media tells them is cool and hip. Any small amount of knowledge about the democrat party of lies and manipulation and Obama and his visions of grandeur to take up the baton from his father would have known this would be a disaster. I find it amazing how most people in this country don't see the philosophical intent of the left and how the media shields democrats to carry out their manipulation of the masses to achieve their world view – and if they did see it they don't know enough about history and progressive practice to understand where it leads. It's humanism, and godlessness, and it leads to a world where to quote Animal Farm, some animals are more equal than others. It's right in front of you already today if you have a modicum of not only intelligence, but wisdom. The wisest people are praying to God and preparing their eternal souls, because humanism is a life of searching for truth in all the wrong places, and ultimately the path to eternal emptiness and aloneness.

Humanism: a movement of philosophy and ethics that emphasizes the value and agency of human beings, individually and collectively, and generally prefers individual thought and evidence over established doctrine or faith.

So... you're saying that's a BAD thing? Sounds pretty good to me.

Humans are valuable both as individuals and groups. I like that.
Individual thought and evidence are preferred over established doctrine and faith. I like that.

      So why is humanism bad?

Who cares, which party is winning or losing, because either way the American People keep losing out?

We'd really all be better off by just cutting through the BS and all the my team vs your team name calling nonsense and really focus on America and improving the future of the American people.

It shouldn't be all about Democrats or Republicans/Tea-whatevers! It should be about Americans, especially our elected officials, doing the right thing for our country and its citizens. All the single-minded, left versus right, ideological one dimensional bull has got to go!

Once they're elected, our leaders should be working together for the good of the our country and our citizens by using combinations of the best ideas from both sides versus just trying to make the other side look bad so they lose the next election. – How's that been working?

Both sides are still trying to get us to drink their brand of Kool-Aid, but it's just different flavors of the same thing and in the long run both brands are making us sick.

The American People need our leaders to start remembering that they are elected by the Citizens of the United States of America to represent the interests of those citizens and the country itself and that They are NOT elected by or to represent the Global Market Place, Lobbyist or Foreign citizens!

Over the last 25-years, our government has allowed our country's industries to get sucked out to China, India, Mexico, etc and allowed illegal aliens and H-1B foreigners to come into our country and take away tax-paying Americans jobs and drive down prices and wages.

The lack of businesses and good jobs in the USA is what's really going to rob us, our children, grand children and great grand children of the potential of a prosperous or even decent future.

The ONLY REAL FIX for our great country is to RAISE REVENUE, by Bringing Back Businesses and Jobs to TAX-PAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS.

Wouldn't the American people be better off, if Our Elected Leaders Started Working Together as AMERICANS for AMERICANS and AMERICA, instead of just bickering, stalling and posturing for the next election as democrats and republicans! The American People have had it with this unproductive BS! The way that both parties having been operating for years just stinks! Neither party has really been looking out for the best interests of the US Citizens who elect them and who they're supposed to represent.

Unfortunately most of our politicians are joke – Only it's not so funny, because over the past several decades, all they've been doing is screwing the American people, by stalling, spending, removing protections and allowing illegal aliens to continue to pour in and American jobs and industry to pour out, and all while collecting their American tax-payer funded pay checks, benefits and whatever else they get on the side from their various lobbyist friends.

The American People need Our Leaders to start remembering that they are elected by the Citizens of the United States of America to represent the interests of those citizens and the country itself.

They are NOT elected by or to represent the Global Market Place, Lobbyist or Foreign citizens!

Can SE wipe that smug, sarcastic look off her face???
Also, for the right ( I am not a Democrat ), if the Republican Party NEVER accused Obama of being a terrorist, muslim, kenyan or anyother racially driven communication then they might have held onto many members of their party who have gone independent like myself and would have possibly won the 2012 election. They have displayed the most disrespect for the office of President and have done very little to curtail the extremists in their party who are absolutely unintelligent, racist, offensive people who dont understand what this country is about.
Get it together or lose another election.... You're choice!

    Thank you
