He is correct - it is the law. Those who claim that it is not the law are ignorant.
Don't worry the Tparty will kick him to the curb. He will be considered as a RINO.
Scott is a flip flopper like Mitt the twit. He won't survive the tea potty at this rate.
It's a Law, Regulation, Tax, ?
In every manifestation of it, it's a 'Bad' one.
Participation imposed upon us through compulsory laws, regulations, or taxes is not Liberty.
having to wear a seat belt and having to carry car insurance and having to wear clothes in public places and not being able to fire your gun randomly in public places are all restrictions on your liberty
The ACA is a law. And needs to be repealed like Prohibition was.
Both imposed upon the American People.
If you want the ACA to be repealed you will need to put a republican in the WH which will require that you carry most of the battleground states and not just NC
It's the Law... except when it doesn't work for Obama... then he can change whichever parts he doesn't like or doesn't work for him. So basically the circumventions he is doing is breaking the law
Its not a law, its a tax.
Gee,I'm glad Scott Walker finally got the memo.
