A new poll shows President Obama's approval rating has dropped to a new low, and according to a report, fewer than 50,000 people have successfully signed up for health coverage through the Obamacare website.

Additionally, President Bill Clinton is calling on Obama to "honor the commitment" that people who like their insurance plans can keep them.
