Obamacare: A trick or a treat?

A day after apologizing and taking responsibility for the problem-plagued Obamacare website, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius got subpoenaed on Thursday by one of the fiercest Republican critics of the administration - House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa of California.

Things are looking gloomy for President Obama as well. According to Gallup's latest daily tracking poll released Thursday, only 41% of Americans approve of the job Obama's doing, with 51% giving him a thumbs down.

In the Crossfire tonight, Former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson and former Maryland Governor Bob Ehrlich join Newt Gingrich and Van Jones to debate Obamacare.
